Leadership Based Learning
We believe that leadership begins early.
Our Leadership Based Programme introduces children to age-appropriate opportunities to develop confidence, responsibility, communication and decision-making skills.
Leadership at an early age does not mean expecting children to take on adult responsibilities. Instead, it means giving them opportunities to make choices, express ideas, help others and take responsibility for appropriate tasks.
Developing Confident Young Leaders
Children are encouraged to develop:
- Confidence
- Responsibility
- Communication
- Cooperation
- Decision-making
- Problem-solving
- Respect for others
- Initiative
- Self-awareness
Through classroom activities, teamwork, group projects and practical responsibilities, children learn that their actions can make a positive difference.
Building Character
Leadership is also about character.
We encourage children to understand the importance of kindness, honesty, respect, cooperation and responsibility.
Our goal is to help children become confident individuals who can communicate their ideas, listen to others and contribute positively to their communities.
